Calusa Music opened up shop in Nashville, TN in the beginning of 2020 by Sterling Drake and Chris Weisbecker as a collective of Nashville based songwriters and producers in an effort to represent authentic roots based music in the digital marketplace, particularly in commercial/film placement. Calusa is a one-stop shop for music supervisors to discover a diverse catalog of roots based music. Calusa is "Music Cities" bridge between the "neo-traditional" sound of Nashville and the film industry of Hollywood. The publishing house also provides artists, brands, and song writers with a large array of artists development services to help grow digital awareness and product visibility.  Along with Development services and digital distribution, we specialize in synchronized licensing and film placement.
